About the Role:

This part-time, remote role offers flexible hours and an opportunity to work in a fast-paced real estate environment. As a Real Estate Operations Coordinator , you will:

1. Oversee administrative tasks and maintain organization.
2. Assist with leasing and property management .
3. Support marketing efforts through research and social media management.
4. Contribute to process improvements with SOPs and checklists.

Qualifications:

1. Superior communication and customer service skills
2. Experience with AppFolio preferred
3. Proficiency in social media platforms for business (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
4. Ability to draft SOPs and checklists to improve workflow efficiency
5. Leases and property management knowledge
6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
7. Strong attention to detail and independent problem-solving skills
