Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000 - $300,000 per year

$40,000 - $300,000 yearly

• Build relationships and guide clients through buying and selling
• Show homes to motivated buyers
• Deliver white-glove service to sellers
• Maintain your real estate license
• Engage with clients across calls, texts, email, and social media
• Show up and DO THE WORK

• Active Florida real estate license (or ability to obtain one)
• Ferociously committed to high standards and hard work
• Strong communication skills
• Driven, coachable, and committed to providing exceptional client service
• Valid drivers license
