We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of a Affordable Senior Community. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing the day-to-day operations of the property.

Responsibilities:Handle property leasing activities and maintain high occupancy rates

• Conduct eligibility interviews with prospective tenants and prepare applicants for move in.
• Oversee resident income certification process and maintain all resident files
• Work cooperatively with the Maintenance Staff to insure the highest level of professionalism.
• Prepare reports to be submitted to regional manager and corporate office
• Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing, local, state, and federal regulations
• Those things which make a Community Exceptional
• Oversee facilities management to ensure a safe and well-maintained property

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience, preferred
• Working knowledge of HUD guidelines
• Knowledge of YARDI or similar property management software
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
