Overview (W2 Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead complex ERP initiatives and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary:

The Senior ERP Project Manager will oversee large-scale global ERP projects, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires a seasoned project management professional with a strong background in ERP systems, IT project management, and project portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global ERP projects with budgets exceeding $750M, managing teams of 20+ members.
• Establish and maintain project budgets, schedules, change requests, risk, and issue logs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives.
• Apply industry-standard and best-practice IT project management methodologies.
• Utilize project portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity) to track and report project progress.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple geographies to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle/SAP ERP systems and global ERP project management.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, including formal project management roles.
• Proven track record in establishing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and risk/issue logs.
• 5+ years of experience using project portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity).
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Project.
• PMP certification highly desired.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
