What You'll Do :
Project Coordination :
Ensure successful implementation of PalCare services within project scope, under the direction of the Director, Implementation.
Assist Implementation Managers in the coordination and management of project tasks and timelines ensuring all pre-requisites are met and suitable technical resources are assigned.
Manage implementation records ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the implementation process and documentation using appropriate tools.
Documentation & Communication :
Maintain accurate project implementation records and report on key milestones, deliverables, and any potential delays or issues.
Schedule and facilitate project implementation meetings and customer training.
Technical Knowledge :
Maintain full breadth of knowledge regarding all PalCare products & services, including the ability to demo, gather configuration details, and delegate technical or system functionality issues.
Assist with the development of procedures, tools, and best practices necessary to improve the Implementation process.

Your diverse responsibilities will include scheduling and facilitating meetings, preparing comprehensive agendas, and documenting key insights to keep all stakeholders aligned. You will maintain meticulous project documentation, track timelines and deliverables, and facilitate administrative training and onboarding sessions.
In addition, you will configure and manage customer portals, ensuring seamless access settings, and transpose documentation for internal use. Your role will also involve managing and updating CRM systems with precise project and client data while identifying and escalating any project risks or issues. Ultimately, you'll provide remote support to field technicians, ensuring timely job completion and reinforcing our commitment to customer-centric service.
