We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly from start to finish. In this vital role, you’ll support project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met, tasks stay on track, and documentation is accurate and up to date. If you're a natural organizer with a knack for juggling multiple priorities, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
• Coordinate project meetings, schedules, and agendas
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and files
• Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Only local candidates will be considered. This role will require working on-site for the first 90 days, after which it will transition to a hybrid schedule—two days per week on-site and the remaining days remote.
