*Hospitalist Opportunity in Lafayette, IN * - Location: Lafayette, IN; Indianapolis 60m Position Details:

• Full-Time
• Seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalists to meet the growing demand of the program
• Ideal candidate will be an Internal or Family Medicine physician.
• Candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
• Physician will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.
• Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
• Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off; 7:00 a.m. ‚Äì 7:00 p.m.
• 75th percentile salary + quality + wRVU bonuses
• Outreach shifts to Crawfordsville & Rensselaer
• Inpatient volume: 16 ‚Äì 18 patients per day
• Central line placement and intubation procedures preferred
• Open ICU with easy access to specialist consultation
• Respond to Code Blue‚Äôs
• Strong collegial support from specialists
• Moonlighting opportunities
• Epic electronic health record (Franciscan Health scored above the 90th percentile for Provider satisfaction for the inpatient Epic system)
• Close to Chicago and Indianapolis
