Job Description

IntelliSurvey is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Contractor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires availability Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 1 PM (PST), with a pay range of $22-$25 per hour. 

Overall Responsibilities:

• Review and accurate processing of vendor bills and credits, including ensuring proper approvals are obtained and verification of expense amounts
• Accurately allocate expenses by distinguishing GL codes and ensuring consistency in recording transactions
• Set up new vendors in the financial and operational systems, obtain the necessary documents needed to process bills for payments, such as W8/W9s, and verbal verification of payment/bank details
• Review and maintain vendor aging report, ensuring all bills & credits are accurate
• Proactively identify billing issues and reconcile vendor statements to promptly resolve discrepancies
• Maintain prompt communication with vendors and operations teams to build strong working relationships
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of accounts payables work experience required
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and policies
• Experience in NetSuite and QuickBooks required
• Proficiency in using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and advanced lookups strongly desired.
• Self-motivated to use accounting software effectively to improve accounts payables process
• Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to understand the purpose of a task
• Effective communication (verbal, listening and written) and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of business information
• Comfortable reaching out to vendors and managers/team leads to resolve discrepancies
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Work independently to ensure all AP functions are completed timely and accurately
