POSITION SUMMARY

As an Overnight Stock Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-stocked and organized, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our guests. You will be responsible for inbound operations, stocking shelves, and maintaining product availability across all General Merchandise areas.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Executing efficient sorting operations and restocking inventory.
• Organizing and storing products in the reserve area and maintaining the sales floor.
• Operating powered equipment for unloading freight and moving products.
• Processing defective merchandise and handling environmentally sensitive items according to regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety policies, reporting hazards as necessary.
• Providing support for guest services, such as cash register operations and order pickups.
• Creating a welcoming environment by interacting positively with guests.
• Assisting guests in finding solutions to their needs.
• Expressing gratitude to guests for choosing Target.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, including items up to 44 pounds.
• Willingness to climb ladders and remain mobile during shifts.
