Sales Representative Responsibilities:
• New business development – Drive new client acquisition across the Lakeshore
• Territory management – Expand and manage territory from Cadillac to the state line
• Client engagement – Attend networking events and build community connections
• CRM & reporting – Use tools like Avionte/Bullhorn and Tableau to manage leads and pipeline
• Account handoff – Collaborate with internal team to smoothly transition existing clients
Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Bring proven B2B sales experience, ideally in services or staffing
• Be comfortable with flexible scheduling, including after-hours events
• Be highly self-motivated and independent in a field-based role
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
