Responsibilities include liaising with customers & carriers, preparing of shipping documents, shipment booking, performing required filings, arranging cargo pickup/delivery, and other duties as assigned by their superior. + Liaise with shipper and carrier for shipment bookings + Prepare shipping documents and ensure shipping requirements are met + Check sailing schedule and availability with the carrier. + Ensure necessary filings (FMC, ISF, AMS, etc) are performed + Arrange container/cargo pickup (and stuffing) or delivery (and unstuffing) + Ensure required permits are applied / available for import & export compliance + Ensure billing accuracy + To report any irregularities to superior from time to time. + To perform any other duties as directed by superior from time to time. **社員タイプ:** 常勤 UPSは、差別、ハラスメント、報復のない職場を提供することにコミットしています。
