Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position is for an experienced Occupational Therapist with specific school-based experience, working within a K-12 high school setting. The role is contract-based, with a school-year duration, located in the Dearborn, MI area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.
• Develop and implement individual therapy plans aligned with educational goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school policies.
• Deliver therapy services onsite; remote work is not available for this position.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings.
• Proven ability to work with high school students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of educational frameworks and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes.
• Must have prior occupational therapy experience specifically within schools.
• COTA candidates will not be considered for this role.

Location and Schedule:

• Onsite position in Dearborn, MI.
• Contract role lasting through the current school year.
• Approximately 15 hours per week.
