Job Description

Technical Expertise:

• Proven hands-on experience with Nokia 4G RAN hardware.
• eNodeB (AirScale / Flexi BBU/RRU platforms)
• SFP modules and router connectivity.
• GNSS antenna installation and daisy-chaining.
• Strong understanding of RAN-to-Core interfaces (S1, X2, IP/MPLS, O&M).
• Familiarity with fiber optics, cabling, grounding, and power requirements.

Inventory & Asset Tracking:

• Demonstrated experience with telecom equipment inventory systems (e.g., ERP, warehouse trackers).
• Ability to manage Nokia hardware allocation, stock levels, and serial number tracking.
• Experience coordinating with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.

Tools & Software:

• Experience using Nokia NetAct, BTS Site Manager, or equivalent OSS tools.

General Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently at remote sites and coordinate with multi-vendor teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
