NC Drill Operator

Job Purpose: Performs all NC Drill functions required in a PCB Manufacturing environment.

Nature Of Duties

• Operate Excellon & Hitachi Drill machines, PCB X-Ray equipment, Laser drill, and (XRT) X-Ray tooling equipment in the Drill area.
• Run NC routing equipment both in manual and automatic mode.
• Make necessary scale and step changes when required.
• Use experience in Fabrication, Planarization, Lamination and Drilling.
• Use measuring devices (micrometers and dial calipers) and scopes to measure line width, spacing, cut-outs, routed features, and overall product sizes.

Education And Experience

• Minimum 24 years experience in drilling and routing operations.
• Understand process travelers, customer specifications, and tolerances cited on travelers or blueprints.
• Working experience in lamination operation.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Sanmina experience preferred.

Salary Range (annual)

$43,680.00 $49,608.00

Actual base pay within this range will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of the total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO), and eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
