VB Attorneys is a nationally recognized law firm that handles high stakes litigation nationwide. We are looking to hire a full-time marketing and social media manager.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Director & Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate is smart, creative, self-driven, a great team player, and wants to join an outstanding team of professionals on a mission to make the world a better and safer place. You will work directly with the owners of the law firm and will have a significant degree of professional autonomy to create great work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute all marketing strategies, including especially online strategies
• Write compelling copy tailored for each platform, reflecting our firm’s voice and values.
• Design graphics and visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn (basic editing, captions, transitions).
• Monitor trends and platform updates to keep content fresh, relevant, and effective.
• Proactively engage with commenters, prospects, and industry profiles
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to improve strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys, marketing consultants, and firm leadership to ensure alignment with our brand and compliance with legal advertising guidelines.

Requirements

• Experienced managing professional social media accounts, with a strong portfolio of Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Google, and TikTok content.
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write persuasively for different social platforms.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform tools).
