TRC is hiring for a Machine Operator for a client located in Winston-Salem, NC!

What you will be doing:

• Setting up of machine, run and monitor as product is manufactured
• Performing quality checks on product
• Performing in process control checks of all product manufactured on machines
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safe working practices
• Acquire knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, work instructions, and associated documentation
• Ensure that safe working practices are adhered to at all times, including PPE as needed
• Comply with all Health & Safety Policies and instructions and actively contribute to company efforts to promote safe behavior and safe systems of work
• Keep work area clean and tidy at all times

What we need:

• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Decision making ability along with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision required
• Sound problem-solving skills
• Willing/able to use safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, hair and beard nets within the production area
• Someone who can display professional courtesy at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

• Machine operating experience
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
