Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic online education team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile processes and leading cross-functional teams, with specific expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), signed-on customer experiences. The candidate will have experience in Sales & Marketing and a passion for improving customer experience. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance across cross-functional teams. In this role, you will guide product teams through the agile development lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet both business and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation:
$55/hr to $65/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
