Showing Assistant – Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunity

Being a currently licensed real estate agent is required for this position. This is not optional.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who either works in real estate part-time because they simply enjoy showing homes and supporting others, or for someone looking to grow their business full-time while gaining exposure to high-level production. Who We’re Looking For:

  • Must be a currently licensed real estate agent (non-negotiable)
  • Enjoys showing homes and supporting a team
  • Coachable and willing to follow our established showing process
  • Team player with no ego
  • Available for evenings and weekends, when most showings occur

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct property showings for buyer clients following our team’s standards
  • Collect client feedback and questions, and direct all inquiries to the lead agent
  • Provide a positive and professional showing experience
  • Support the team’s growth by being a reliable resource

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled property showings for buyer clients following the team’s established showing standards and procedures.
  • Ensure homes are opened, secured, and presented professionally to provide clients with a smooth and positive experience.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients during showings while gathering all questions and feedback for the lead agent.
  • Coordinate with team agents and staff to manage showing schedules efficiently.
  • Accurately relay property details and maintain strong communication with the lead agent.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability during all showings.
  • Uphold the team’s standards and brand reputation through every client interaction.
  • Adhere to brokerage and team policies at all times, including proper communication protocols.
  • Represent the team culture of “Work Hard. Be Kind.” in every client and agent interaction.
  • Be available during evenings and weekends when the majority of showings occur.

Qualifications:
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
