Your Role: Follow up with leads (many provided to you) Help buyers & sellers navigate the home process Show homes, negotiate, and deliver 5-star service Host open houses, network, and build your brand Collaborate with our awesome support staff Embrace accountability and have FUN doing it Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000 Responsibilities: Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Qualifications: Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Tech savvy Organized and manages time effectively Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Current and Valid Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of Michigan About Company Our 2025 promise is to assist a minimum of 1,000 buyers and sellers to accomplish their goals!
