Friendly outgoing person needed to answer multi phones for busy and growing Law Office. Strong computer skills with prior experience with Word Software. Applicants need to possess strong organizing skills and be able to multitask. Additional responsibilities include requesting and organizing client records. Legal Experience in legal field a plus. Communicate with clients, and other parties in a professional manner. Assist with billing, and expense tracking. Preferred qualifications include Experience in specific Personnel Injury. Field. 1 to 3 years of experience in a law office or legal environment. Notary Public Certification. Opportunities to move up.
