We are seeking a motivated and confident Junior Call Centre Agent to support customer engagement and marketing campaigns via telephone. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in customer service, sales, and marketing within a fast-paced call centre environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for marketing campaigns and promotions
• Communicate brand messaging clearly and professionally to customers
• Build positive relationships with customers and respond to enquiries
• Support lead generation, appointment setting, and customer follow-ups
• Collect customer feedback and assist with reporting
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and call centre teams
