We deliver education and support for healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers that improve patient outcomes. Exciting opportunity to work with an expanding company in the pharmaceutical industry. The role is within the Account Management department and will allow the right candidate the opportunity to learn about the company and industry that is in a high growth stage. Partner with the team to traffic video content, coordinate film shoots, and assist the Account Management team with tasks to complete projects. . Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Business Development to develop key relationships with clients and be the primary point of contact Hold regular status calls with client(s) on the status, timelines, deliverables, changes and opportunities Participate in external client meetings, identify new opportunities and next steps to communicate to the team Manage client accounts and drive the day-to-day account activity from project implementation through completion within scope, budget and on schedule-Documentation of scope and scope changes Collaborate & communicate project status’, deadlines and client direction, with internal and external teams ensuring projects stay on track Responsible for organizing and maintaining all necessary project timelines, status reports and proper documentation Experience/Competency/Skill requirements and personal attributes: Bachelor’s degree- Entry Level Digital Agency experience a plus Strong inter-personal, organizational and communication skills Outstanding project management skills Highly motivated individual, proactive, flexible and adaptable Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints ability to manage multiple priorities, attention to detail and accuracy Solution oriented with ability to think outside the box Knowledge of agency processes and client MLR processes a plus Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products About Bionical Solutions Everyone at Bionical Solutions shares an energy and passion to deliver services that ultimately lead to better lives for patients.
