Northwest Partners is looking to hire 3 experienced IT recruiters to support ongoing talent acquisition efforts. This role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging technical candidates to meet dynamic hiring needs.Thia role is contract to hire.
What YOU will do
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract candidates for IT and technical roles
Search for potential candidates through Linkedin social media, professional networks, and job boards
Conduct screening calls to assess technical skills, fit, and motivation
Maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with role requirements
Stay updated on industry trends to keep sourcing approaches competitive
Build and maintain candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate candidate records and communication notes in the ATS
Use recruitment metrics to evaluate and refine sourcing strategies
Achieve weekly submission targets for qualified candidates in line with defined metrics
What YOU will bring us
3+ experience as an IT recruiter, 1+ year sourcing candidates in the US market
Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and advanced searches
Understanding of technical roles and skills in the IT industry
Native or fluent English, strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects
Access to recruiting tools and licenses needed
Bachelor's degree in information technology, human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
