Now Hiring: Insulation Installers/Drivers – Santa Fe Springs
Pay: $21 | Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | Start Time: 5:30 AM
Industry: Construction/Installation (Windows, Doors, and Insulation)
We're currently seeking motivated Insulation Installers/Drivers for our establish company based in Santa Fe Springs. Specializing in insulation for both residential and commercial windows and doors, this company also serves light commercial and industrial clients.
What You'll Do:
Install insulation in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight areas
Occasionally assist with window and door installations
Use power tools and hand tools to complete jobs
Drive a company vehicle to various job sites
Keep work areas clean and safe after installations
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently
✅ What We're Looking For:
1+ year experience in insulation installation and general construction
Valid CA Driver’s License
Clean driving record (DMV printout required)
Bilingual
Comfortable working early mornings and overtime
Must own steel-toe or work boots
Reliable and punctual
Able to pass a drug screening and background check
Open to occasional Saturday work and general labor tasks
Job Type:
Full-Time
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE
Overtime available
Schedule Options:
8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
Monday through Friday
Day shift
Overtime as needed
