Work Schedule: 3 days or 21 hours per week flexible

Job Description:

• Administers all employee benefit programs; including, medical, dental, vision, disability, supplemental insurance programs, retirement programs (NYS and Local Retirement System and 403(b).
• Prepares job offer letters under the supervision of the Executive Director and Director of Business Operations.
• Administers all leave-of-absence requests and corresponding paperwork; including, medical, personal, disability, Worker’s Comp, NYS Paid Family Leave, and FMLA.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources including employment regulations and NYS Laws.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills is an essential qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
