Human Resources Administrative Assistant – Leading Hedge Fund | Dallas (Onsite)

A renowned hedge fund is seeking a polished and proactive Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support their team in Uptown Dallas. This role requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and brings exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and a “no task too big or small” mindset. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, excel under pressure, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. This is a fully onsite role, five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate schedules and maintain complex calendars
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Conduct vendor research and manage communications
  • Assist in reviewing and organizing agreements and contracts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and business operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
