HRIS Analyst

Location: Miami, FL (On-site, full-time)

About the Role

TechLine Consulting is hiring on behalf of a client headquartered in Miami, FL. We’re looking for a HRIS Analyst to support the ongoing optimization and expansion of their Workday platform. This position will be working closely with HR and IT teams. The ideal candidate is a Workday generalist with deep curiosity and a desire to grow into broader platform ownership as new modules are adopted.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM (org structures, business processes, security).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and IT on system enhancements and integration needs.
• Support additional Workday modules (e.g., Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting) as needed.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR analytics.
• Monitor data integrity and compliance within the platform.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and functional guidance.
• Participate in testing and adoption of Workday feature releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall Workday experience, with 2+ years in Workday HCM.
• Strong knowledge of HCM configuration and business processes.
• Experience building custom reports and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Workday certifications a plus.
