HR Assistant Job Overview CFS has partnered with a non-profit currently seeking a full-time HR Assistant to join our Human Resources department! Responsibilities Organizing files and new hire documents including copying, scanning, and electronic file organization Maintaining HR calendar of events Act as first point of contact for HR related questions and concerns, escalating higher level requests to appropriate team members Assist in planning organization-wide activities and events Other administrative support tasks as needed Qualifications 1 - 2 years experience in an Human Resources related role required Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook) Experience with Microsoft SharePoint preferred Experience with Canva preferred Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is highly preferred #INOCT2025
