About the Role
1 Vision USA is hiring independent sales representatives across North Carolina to represent ADT professionally monitored home security solutions in residential markets.
You can feel confident in the product you are selling. ADT has been protecting families for over 150 years, and its security solutions are trusted by homeowners across America to help safeguard what matters most. This is a product with real-world impact and a reputation built on reliability and long-term protection.
While this posting is anchored to the Charlotte, NC area, representatives operate in their own local markets throughout the state. There is no office requirement and no relocation required.
This is a field-based, 100 percent commission-based role for individuals who want ownership over their schedule, performance, and income.
Important: Field Sales Expectations
This role requires comfort with independent door-to-door sales. You must be willing to take initiative and knock doors on your own in your local market.
We provide robust onboarding, training materials, and proven sales systems. However, success in this role ultimately depends on your ability to consistently commit healthy hours in the field. Representatives who treat this like a true sales business see the strongest results.
Previous door-to-door or field sales experience is preferred, but not required. What matters most is discipline, resilience, and consistency.
If you are looking for a desk job, inbound leads only, or minimal field activity, this position will not be the right fit.
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor role. Earnings are paid per completed installation and scale directly with performance.
Average commission per sale typically ranges from $500 to $900+, depending on the package and deal structure. Realistic first-year earnings range from approximately $54,000 to $164,000, with top performers exceeding this based on consistent production.
There are no surprises in the pay plan. On your first day of training, you receive a complete walkthrough of how commissions are calculated, how deals are structured, and how earnings increase as volume grows. Representatives also have flexibility in how they structure deals to drive higher-value sales and higher commissions.

You will be selling professionally monitored home security solutions from the most trusted name in home security. ADT has been protecting American families for over 150 years, and you will represent a product homeowners already recognize, understand, and trust.
The offer is fully built and packaged for you. Pricing, systems, installation, monitoring, and backend operations are all handled. Your focus is simple: connect with homeowners, understand their needs, and help them protect their families and homes with a proven solution.
With a complete infrastructure behind you, you do not need to worry about logistics, fulfillment, or administration. Your role is to create conversations, educate homeowners, and guide them toward a security solution that delivers real peace of mind.
