Product Design : Responsible for designing and developing new products, including appearance, structure, and functional design, to meet market demands and enhance user experience.
Innovation & Creativity : Industrial designers should possess innovative thinking and creativity, providing unique design solutions that give products a competitive edge.
User Experience Design : Focus on the products user experience, ensuring functionality, usability, and comfort meet user needs, thereby improving the products market competitiveness.
Team Management : Optimize organizational resources according to department goals and business changes, build a talent pipeline, and enhance the professional skills of team members.
Bachelors degree or above in Industrial Design, Product Design, Art Design, or related fields.
Over 8 years of experience in industrial design, including at least 3 years in team management, with successful hardware product design cases and project management experience.
Familiar with industrial design processes for various product types, knowledgeable about CMF processes and manufacturing workflows, with rich handson design experience, and keen insight into global product design trends.
Proficient in Rhino, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, Photoshop, Illustrator, familiar with 3D printing tools and operations, and possess excellent handdrawing skills to quickly and accurately convey design ideas and concepts.
Passionate about design work, with strong responsibility and professionalism, attention to detail, pursuit of excellence, and strict standards for design quality.
Expertlevel proficiency in industrial design tools (e.g. Alias, Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot or equivalent).
Strong capability in 3D surface modeling, CAD review, and designtoengineering handoff.
Experience using rendering and visualization tools to communicate design intent.
Familiarity with prototype development and translating digital design into physical samples.
