Please note, this requires a commitment to work at Hillcrest’s skilled nursing facilities for at least one year after certification, either full-time or part-time. Qualifications include: A clear background check. Comfort with providing personal cares typical of a CNA. Reliable transportation. Compassion and dedication to caring for others. The CNA training is conducted through our partner, Quality Career Pathways, offering various formats including traditional in-person classes and hybrid options with online coursework. Classes are scheduled Monday through Thursday or on two consecutive weekends with evening sessions occasionally.
