Position Title: Forklift Operator

Wage: $20-$25/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 4:50am-2:50pm Monday-Thursday, OT as needed on Fridays

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Forklift Operator for a company in Menomonee Falls, WI. This is an associate to hire role.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Get work assignment from Supervisor, Lead person, or scheduling tools
- Receive product from all vendors and follow department procedures to get them into stock
- Pick, pack, and release customer orders
- Pick orders with forklift, reach truck, order pickers, and carts
- Ensure inventory accuracy with attention to detail
- Work in a fast paced, organized, positive environment
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Assist other work areas or co-workers as needed
- Perform general daily maintenance activities
- Promote safety, quality, and productivity
- Receive product from all vendors using the system
- Receiving includes verifying part to system, labeling, packaging, and putting away incoming parts and machines
- Pick, pack, and process parts and machine orders in the system for domestic and Canadian customers
- Perform cycle counting for both parts and machines
- Demonstrate proficiency in 75% of the warehouse jobs

Forklift Operator Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and understand oral and written instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and use decimals and fractions
- Ability to use hand and power tools, scale, square, tape measure, and calipers
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in basic computer functions
- Ability to perform bending motion from waist
- Ability to use repetitive hand and writing motion
- Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to visually perform various checks
- Ability to lift, carry, push/pull up to 1-20 pounds continuously, 21-50 pounds frequently, 50-75 pounds occasionally
