About the Role

Were looking for a Floating Administrative Business Partner to provide dynamic, high-level support to various VP+ leaders across Discord, particularly during parental leaves. This is a temporary U.S.-based role requiring exceptional adaptability and project management skills to help drive continuity and operational excellence across teams.

Seamlessly support a rotation of leaders as a trusted, strategic administrative partner.
Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups with precision and discretion.
Organize travel logistics (domestic/international) and handle expense reports.
Support internal initiatives and projects, acting as a liaison between leadership and teams.
Capture meeting notes, track key action items, and ensure accountability.
Collaborate with other admin professionals to ensure smooth team operations.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience supporting VP-level or executive leadership.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; thrives in fast-paced settings.
Proven experience handling confidential information with care.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Calendar, Gmail).
Familiarity with Asana, Notion, or similar project management tools.
