Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title: Field Technician (Painter / Carpenter / Drywall) Location: San Francisco, CA Compensation: Up to $4,000/month Employment Type: Full-Time **Please note: This role includes a 2-week probationary period to ensure alignment with the required skill level and responsibilities** About the Role: We're hiring a skilled Field Technician in San Francisco with 2+ years of hands-on experience in painting, carpentry, drywall , and light demolition . This is a great opportunity for a dependable tradesperson who enjoys diverse projects, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Perform interior and exterior painting (prep, brush, roll, spray). Handle carpentry work , including framing, trim, repairs, and finish carpentry. Install, tape, and finish drywall to a smooth, paint-ready surface. Conduct light demolition and prep work as needed on job sites. Keep tools and materials organized and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Communicate with foremen, team members, and clients to keep projects on track. What You Bring: 2+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following: painting, carpentry, drywall, demolition . Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-tier finishes. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and perform physical labor as needed. A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to job sites across SF.
