RoadRaven Deliveries is a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, operating out of the Olathe hub and delivering packages to homes and businesses across Johnson County. As a delivery driver, you’ll hit the road each day in a company-provided van, scanning and dropping off packages safely, efficiently, and professionally. You’ll need to be able to lift up to 150 lbs, climb in and out of the truck frequently, and handle a fast-paced route in all kinds of Kansas weather. Though most of the work is independent, you’ll be part of a team that backs each other up. At RoadRaven, the job’s not done until everyone’s home safe.

Pay: Up to $22.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Must have weekend availability.

What You Bring:

• 21+ years old (required by FedEx)
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL needed)
• Clean driving record and able to pass a background check
• Completion of a DOT physical, including drug screenings. (FedEx does complete randoms once hired as well)
• Physically able to handle stairs, truck steps, and heavy lifting
• Dependable, motivated, and able to manage your day
• Delivery experience is a plus but not required, we’ll train you

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: Up to $22.50/hour with additional production bonuses, based on performance
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Health, dental, & vision available after 90 days
• Company paid life insurance after 90 days
