Executive Assistant to the CEO – Los Angeles, CA

Overview

We are seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to partner directly with our Founder & CEO, Kawser Khan. This role goes far beyond administrative support, you will be an entrepreneurial extension of the CEO, representing the company externally, driving key initiatives, and ensuring operations run seamlessly. Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO’s right hand in all business activities, including communications, meetings, and strategic initiatives
• Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, emails, and commitments with impeccable attention to detail
• Represent the CEO professionally with clients, investors, and partners
• Oversee and track projects to ensure objectives are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Support business development, marketing, fundraising, and special projects
• Foster strong relationships internally and externally as a key ambassador of the company
• Help shape company culture and uphold the highest standards of professionalism

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to manage complex priorities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable acting as the face of the CEO and the company
• Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
• Skilled at working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Discord, and modern productivity tools
• Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate

Compensation

• Base Salary: $3,000 per month
• Performance-Based Bonuses and Commissions
• Target Earnings: Approximately $5,000 per month
