Job Description
Our client, a startup hedge fund, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Executive Assistant in New York, NY. The hours are 8:00am-6:00pm with a 24/7 mindset. The role is fully onsite, five days a week with flexibility to work from home on summer Fridays.
Responsibilities: * Provide high-level administrative support to three c-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
* Manage a dynamic, ever-changing calendar and schedule meetings across time zones
* Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, often on short notice
* Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
* Prepare meeting materials and manage email correspondence with a high degree of discretion
* Remain accessible outside regular hours to address urgent needs as they arise
* Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required
* 10+ years of experience supporting executives
* Must be coming from a financial services background
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured, and evolving environment
Compensation/Benefits: * Up to $200K base, plus bonus
