Job Description
Our client, a consulting firm located in Boston, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a month-to-month basis. This role will become hybrid after an initial training period and have hours from 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday. It is compensating $40 an hour. Responsibilities: - Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, process expense reports, and schedule internal/external meetings.
- Support business development through contact management, promotional material coordination, and client billing communications.
- Draft and proofread correspondence and invoices; assist with data entry and conflict checks.
- Provide organizational support for document management, recruiting initiatives, marketing events, and project setup/closure.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn firm-specific software.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- High school diploma required; higher education or equivalent experience a plus.
