This is an Hourly + Performance Bonus's, entry-level position designed for individuals who want to become licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.

What You’ll Do:

• Call and qualify leads from our marketing campaigns
• Transfer interested clients to licensed Loan Officers
• Learn the mortgage industry through hands-on training
• Prepare to become a licensed Loan Officer (we reimburse for licensing costs!)
• Earn hourly pay plus bonuses based on performance

$15 - $25 hourly

• Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed
• Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc.
• Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service

• Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team
• High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree in finance or banking preferred

• Dial leads throughout the day
