Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial data and trends to support budgeting and forecasting processes. Support variance analysis and provide insights into business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information. Maintain and update financial models and databases. Assist in preparing presentations for senior management. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. Participate in ad hoc financial projects and analysis as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; financial modeling, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) is a plus but not required.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance field. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Interest in pursuing detail oriented certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
