We are a growing full-service law firm headquartered in Beverly Hills that prides itself on providing high quality legal services to our clients while maintaining a close-knit office environment.

We are looking to hire a class action attorney for our employment class action practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience litigating wage and hour class actions. We are looking for an associate who can handle all aspects of class action litigation, from evaluating potential cases all the way through resolution. This position will have the opportunity to gain immediate hands-on experience and become a valuable member of our team.

The position allows for onsite work or a hybrid schedule.

Estimated schedule Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm.

*Salary Range $100,000-$300,000.00 based on experience.*

*Associate Attorney Duties / Responsibilities:*

- Working directly with the head of the class action department to litigate and manage the firm's class action cases;

- Preparing pleadings, discovery, and motions;

- Making court appearances;

- Communicating with clients and opposing counsel;

- Developing legal strategies to resolve cases;

- Taking and defending depositions;

- Advocating for clients in mediations and arbitrations.

*Associate Attorney Skills and Requirements:*

- Licensed and in good standing with the CA Bar;

- Ability to manage cases (with the assistance of a senior attorney);

- Familiarity with the California Labor Code, class actions, and PAGA;

- Attention to detail;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Familiarity with conducting legal research and writing;

- Willing to work in, and contribute to, a supportive, positive, and encouraging work environment;

- At least 2 years of employment class action experience is required. We provide an extensive training program as well.
