Role Overview The Emerging Markets Manager, Creator Partnerships will play a pivotal role in expanding Fanfix’s creator base into new and untapped verticals. This individual will identify and recruit creators across categories not yet represented on the platform, helping them understand how Fanfix can naturally extend their brand and deepen fan engagement.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and thrives in a fast paced, high growth environment where creativity and execution go hand in hand.

This is a hybrid role, in our West Hollywood office four days a week.

This is a three-month contract role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position, based on performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit creators across emerging content categories and new verticals
  • Conduct proactive outreach to creators through email, direct messages, and other personalized methods to secure introductory calls and drive interest in Fanfix
  • Manage the full creator onboarding process from initial outreach to launch, helping creators develop strategies for their content that strengthen fan engagement and long-term success on Fanfix
  • Ensuring creators understand and utilize Fanfix’s monetization tools effectively
  • Collaborate closely with the Creator Partnerships and Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to activation
  • Track progress and performance across your pipeline with a focus on high volume onboardings
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, cultural shifts, and creator niches to inform strategic growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, influencer marketing, or sales
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and digital monetization models
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage a high-volume outreach pipeline
  • A creative and proactive mindset, comfortable experimenting with new outreach tactics and building relationships from the ground up
  • A data driven approach with a focus on achieving measurable results and scaling new creator communities
Compensation and Benefits
  • $80,000 annualized salary equivalent (3-month contract)
  • Competitive commission
