Position Details:
Industrial Electricians : Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical systems, including conduit, control panels, motors, and high-voltage equipment.
Top Helpers : Assist licensed electricians with pulling wire, running conduit (EMT/Rigid), mounting boxes, setting fixtures, and reading basic blueprints.
Responsibilities:
Run and bend conduit (EMT, Rigid)
Pull and terminate wire/cable systems
Install and troubleshoot motors, panels, and control systems
Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
Assist with general site cleanup and organization
Maintain strict safety standards on active job sites
Qualifications:
Electricians : 9+ years of industrial electrical experience required
Top Helpers : 3-4+ years assisting on industrial/commercial job sites
Strong knowledge of NEC codes and industrial safety practices
Experience in manufacturing plants, warehouses, or heavy industrial environments preferred
Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions
Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
OSHA 10/30 Certification a plus!
