Compensation range for onsite WA applicants is $135,000 to $165,000. All applicants are welcome to apply.

What will I be doing:

The Director of Data Analytics leads the development and execution of data strategy and analytics initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for turning data into insights that drive business decisions, operational improvements, and competitive advantage. The director manages a team of data analysts ensuring high-quality, accurate, and consistent use of data. To achieve this, we need a Director of Data Analytics that can take the following strategies to the next level:

  • Developing and maintaining robust data management systems.
  • Encouraging data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
  • Investing in employee training and education on data analysis and interpretation.
  • Establishing clear metrics and KPIs to measure performance.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that may go unnoticed.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Define and implement the organization's data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key metrics and reporting needs.
  • Champion a data-driven culture across departments.
  • Team Management:
  • Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional analytics teams.
  • Oversee performance, training, and career development of analytics staff.
  • Allocate resources efficiently across projects.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
  • Ensure the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models.
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Governance & Quality:
  • Establish and enforce data governance, privacy, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Technology & Tools:
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of analytics tools, platforms, and infrastructure.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies in analytics and AI/ML.
  • Become the SME of the ERP tool both in its use and use of data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), SQL, Python/R, and cloud platforms (Azure).
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and experience aligning data initiatives with business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be willing to take and successfully pass a drug test.
