Job Summary:
Americo is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives aimed at increasing sales and strengthening relationships with agents and IMOs. This role is responsible for producing compelling, high-quality digital content that reflects Americo’s brand across multiple platforms. From managing social media campaigns to supporting video production and traditional marketing efforts, the ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller and collaborator who can balance creativity with brand consistency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital & Social Media:
    Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Collaborate with the Sales team to align content with strategic goals. Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity. Monitor digital engagement and recommend improvements based on analytics and performance insights.
  • Video Production & Editing:
    Assist in the planning, filming, and editing of video content for sales, training, onboarding, promotional campaigns, and internal initiatives. Ensure all videos meet brand standards and are optimized for web and social distribution.
  • Marketing Collateral & Copywriting:
    Contribute to the development of both digital and traditional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and website content. Craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent copy tailored to a variety of audiences and platforms.
  • Compliance & Content Review:
    Support the compliance review process for agent-created materials and ensure all content aligns with Americo’s branding and advertising guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Support:
    Participate in team meetings, campaign planning, and brainstorming sessions. Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks to support timely content delivery and execution of marketing initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong written communication skills, with keen attention to detail in both copy and visual design.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design and layout software.
  • Proficient in video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital media strategies, and current marketing trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working with financial and insurance-related products, terminology, and audiences.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of marketing compliance standards, especially within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of Americo’s products and services is a plus.
