Highlights :

• We are looking for two Dermatologists to work at a newer clinic site with a thriving patient base in Arlington, Washington. Clinic is staffed with a supportive clinical staff comprising of MAs and RNs.
• Work collaboratively with our four (4) experienced physicians that are based in our other site roughly 30 minutes away.
• Practice in a state-of-the-art multispecialty clinic with lab and imaging on site.
• Benefit from an excellent work-life balance, with a 4-day work week and no inpatient responsibilities.
• This is a full time position with a 36-hour schedulable patient contact hour work expectation. No call or weekends.
• Our practice caters to a diverse patient base with a variety of dermatological disorders. This position will focus on seeing medical dermatology patients, with no cosmetic or MOHs.
• This is a hospital employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!

Qualifications :

• Graduate from an ACGME accredited Dermatology residency program.
• Board Eligible/Board Certification required.
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
• Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Guaranteed one-year salary: $551,269
