Position Overview:
Framingham Dermatology is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our thriving, patient-focused practice. This full-time clinical role offers a rare opportunity to work in a supportive, well-established environment with flexibility and autonomy. For candidates interested in advancing their career, a leadership track is available , including the option to serve as Medical Director with additional compensation.
Position Highlights:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions involving skin, hair, and nails
Perform in-office procedures, including medical and minor surgical dermatology
See approximately 4 patients per hourwith scheduling flexibility for complex cases
Collaborate with experienced NPs and PAs
Benefit from a built-in referral network from affiliated primary care providers
Option to assume a clinical leadership role, including oversight of mid-level providers, if desired
Qualifications:
MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Dermatology
Active Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong clinical and procedural dermatology skills
Interest in mentorship and optional clinical leadership
Familiarity with Modernizing Medicine EMR is a plus
