Overview We are looking for a EXPERIENCED detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to become a valuable member of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care both in person and over the phone. Verify insurance eligibility for private dental plans Use Open Dental Software to maximize the doctor's schedule. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable Hotel Hospitality skills preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is advantageous but not mandatory Hospitality and communication skills mandatory Organizational skills, multi-tasking and learning on the job mandatory Warm and welcoming presentation, tone and etiquette a must Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Ability to work in a team.
