Title: Data Engineer Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Seattle, Washington Duration: Initial 6 months contract with extensions Compensation: $ 50.00-$56.00 Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or or Authorized to work in US

MUST BE LOCAL TO SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

Key Responsibilities Support and maintain AWS data pipelines and services (Glue, Lambda, Redshift) Consume and process data from APIs and SFTP sources using Python Perform data modeling and write complex SQL queries Maintain and deploy infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (GitHub, CI/CD) Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently with minimal direction Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership as needed Nice to have: Provide secondary support for React-based UIs, including bug fixes and occasional form development Required Skills Cloud & Data Engineering: AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Amazon Redshift API consumption and SFTP integration Strong Python programming experience Data modeling and advanced SQL Infrastructure as Code (IaC): CI/CD, GitHub Full Stack (Nice to Have): Experience with React.js, especially form building Ability to address UI-related bugs Ideal Candidate Attributes Self-starter with strong initiative and accountability Demonstrated ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions Comfortable working without constant guidance Capable of leading small initiatives or guiding less experienced team members Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skill Our benefits package includes: Comprehensive medical benefits Competitive pay 401(k) retirement plan ...and much more!
