Job Description
We are a fast-growing, purpose-driven event marketing agency partnering with nonprofits to make a real impact in the community. As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and voice connecting the public with our campaigns and events. You’ll engage with attendees, provide information about initiatives, and support event activities while representing meaningful causes.
This role offers hands-on experience in marketing, outreach, and customer engagement, giving you the opportunity to build valuable professional skills. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required, making it an ideal entry-level position for motivated, outgoing individuals eager to grow their career in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:Interact with customers and event attendees face-to-face
Provide information about nonprofit programs, events, and campaigns
Answer questions and guide people to take action in support of meaningful causes
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
Support the marketing team with outreach initiatives and promotions
